抄録/ポイント： 海洋漁業は最も有害な職業の一つであるが,海洋漁業船の職業安全衛生(OSH)条件に関する研究は少ない。例えば,若いおよび高齢の漁師のような脆弱なグループの作業条件についてはほとんど知られていない。本論文の目的は,中小規模(SM)海洋漁業部門における中年漁業者と比較して,若いおよび高齢の漁師のOSH条件を研究することである。横断的研究を設計し,686人の漁労者によるSM漁船の安全性と健康に関する情報を収集した。身体的および心理社会的作業条件と安全性および健康結果,例えば外傷,病気および職務満足度との関連性を提示した。本研究の結果は,3つの年齢グループのための効果的な事故予防とOSH訓練プログラムの設計,および漁船の作業条件の調整に利用できる。Copyright 2019 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
