抄録/ポイント： 粉砕遠位大腿骨骨折は困難な損傷であり,関節断片を減らし,骨幹端粉砕のための十分な安定性を得るために注意を払わなければならない。関節癒合不全と骨幹端非癒合を伴うAO/OTA C3型遠位大腿骨骨折の症例を報告する。関節癒合は,計画のために3D印刷モデルを用いて修正骨切り術で治療され,骨幹端非癒合は,誘導された膜技術で治療された。結論.粉砕された関節周囲骨折における2つの主要な合併症は,骨切り術と誘発された膜技術によって対処することができる。3D印刷モデルは,不整合関節表面の形態を評価するための有用なツールである。Copyright 2020 Natsumi Saka et al.
