CSSI (Center for Strategic Scientific Initiatives) DCC (Data Coordinating Center) Portal は、CSSI から資金提供を受けているがん研究データやユーザーの登録データを保管し、データへのアクセスを提供するポータルサイトです。これらの研究のメタデータとデータはを ISA-TAB 形式でInvestigation-Study-Assayという階層に従って記述されています。ユーザーはデータのブラウジング、検索およびダウンロードができます。また、APIが用意されており、プログラムからの利用も可能です。データのアップロードにはユーザー登録が必要です。
