抄録/ポイント： HIV感染の治療に対するインテグラーゼ鎖移動阻害剤(INSTI)クラスの使用の増加は,薬剤耐性(DR)の発生におけるウイルス遺伝的変異の理解の改善のためのHIV-1サブタイプの特徴の分析の重要性を指摘した。本研究では,ロシアコホートにおけるINSTI DRの有病率とHIV-1インテグラーゼサブサブタイプA6の遺伝的特徴について述べた。INSTIに曝露されなかったHIV感染患者408人を含めた。薬剤耐性変異(DRM)は,ART-nave患者の1.3%とINSTI-nave患者の2.7%の間で検出された。12の多型突然変異の有病率は,サブサブタイプA6とA1の間で有意に異なった。遺伝的障壁の分析は,サブタイプA(A1とA6)がサブタイプBと比較してより高い遺伝的障壁(G140CとV151I)を示し,サブタイプA1とBがサブサブタイプA6より高い遺伝的障壁(L74MとL74I)を示した1つの位置を決定した。さらに,L74I変異が流行の初期段階で選択され,その後ロシアにおける創始者効果として広がることを確認した。著者らのデータは,薬剤耐性との関連でサブサブタイプA6の遺伝的特徴の全体的理解に追加された。Copyright 2021 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
