抄録/ポイント： 本研究の目的は,昆虫ベースの食品の消費に関するハンガリー集団における知識と意見を評価することであった。アンケートは414人の回答者で満たされた。異なる国における食用昆虫消費の知識は,平均(スコア4)または1の尺度(合計の不一致)から7(合計一致)であった。昆虫ベースの食品を消費する意欲は,通常平均以下だった。女性より男性により有意に高いスコアが得られ,2次学校から卒業した者よりも大学の程度の回答者が最も高く,最高スコアは3039歳群の人々により達成された。しかし,住居(町または村)と収入の影響は有意でなかった。ハンガリーは伝統的な昆虫消費者ではないので,昆虫から作られる食品に関して顕著な感情的応答があり,昆虫食品は市販されていないので,近い将来に昆虫消費の有意な増加は期待されない。Copyright 2021 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
