抄録/ポイント： 本研究の目的は,ブラジルの西アマゾンにおける母体の幼児コホートにおける妊娠中の食物不安に関連する因子を分析し,分析することであった。西ブラジルアマゾンに位置するRio Brancoの母系住民コホートから,人口ベースの横断的研究を行った。従属変数食品不安(FI)はブラジルの食品安全尺度を通して得られ,関連因子は多重ロジスティック回帰により同定された。妊娠におけるFIの有病率は,34.8%であった。重症度に関しては,軽度の食物不安の有病率は24.6%であり,中等度の食物不安は4.8%であり,重度の食物不安は5.4%であった。FIと直接関連する因子は,周辺環境における開放下水の存在であった。低い経済クラスに属する;所得移転プログラムの受益者である一方,FIと逆相関する因子は8年に等しいか,またはそれ以上であった。パートナーを持つ;妊娠;および妊娠中の果物と野菜の規則的消費。これらの知見は,所得移転プログラムにおける国内経済と妊娠期間における食品と栄養教育の行動の開発を目的とした行動のラディケーションの必要性を強化する。Copyright 2021 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
