抄録/ポイント： 目的:卵巣刺激に対する低応答の女性における組換えヒトLH補給の役割を研究すること。組換えFSH単剤療法プロトコルを低応答者におけるLH補充プロトコルと比較した前向き臨床試験の系統的レビューとメタ分析を行った。探索は,時間または言語制限のないScopus,MEDLINEデータベースで行った。一次転帰は臨床妊娠率であった。有意に高い臨床妊娠率(オッズ比:2.03,P=0.003),着床率(オッズ比:2.62,P=0.004)と検索した卵母細胞数(体重平均差:1.98,P=0.03)を,FSH単剤療法を受けた低応答者に対して組換えLHを補充した低応答者で観察した。2群間で成熟卵母細胞または流産率に差はなかった。結論として,著者らの分析は,外因性ゴナドトロピンに対する低応答の女性がLH補給から利益を得る可能性があることを確認した。しかし,明確な結論が引き出される前に,より多くの試験が必要である。Copyright 2021 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
