抄録/ポイント： 産業4.0は,企業生産サイト,組織,運用およびマーケティングだけでなく,産業競争規則も劇的に変えることができた。本研究は,産業4.0に適応し,産業4.0適応に対する意思決定者の態度の決定因子,ならびに適応を阻害する要因を明らかにする,企業の意欲の実情を調査することを目的とする。定量的観察のための統計解析とアンケート調査データを用いた研究は,企業が,産業4.0を適応させるための意思決定者の肯定的態度を育成し,適切な知識の意思決定者取得を強化し,熟練労働者のような資源の不足を補完する,という事を発見した。さらに,産業4.0に順応する企業と外装者は,製造企業の間でそれを促進することに参加しなければならない。Copyright 2021 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
