抄録/ポイント： 背景:将来の看護専門家のための品質訓練の確保は,集団健康と社会経済開発を維持するために必須である。欧州高等教育地域における品質保証は,より高い教育プログラムを変換し,改善するための主導的な役割の学生を位置づけている。したがって,スペイン大学の看護教育プログラムの強度と弱点を見直す革新的方法が開発された。目的:本報告の目的は,看護学生の認知と意見,および看護カリキュラムの内容に関する新規に認定された看護師を,その品質を改善するために調査することであった。方法:12名の新しく認定された看護師と12名の学生看護師を含む記述的および探索的定性的研究を行った。半構造化面接とフォーカスグループを実施した。【結果】主題解析に基づいて,2つのテーマは,臨床的実践を改善し,理論的カリキュラムを見直すことで現れた。結論:参加者により示唆された改善の中で,最も関連性のあるものは,プラクティクにおける学習内容の明確な構造を確立し,研究プログラムの様々なコースでヨーロッパのクレジット移転と蓄積システムECTSクレジットを再分布した。しかし,いかなる変化も進行する前に更なる証拠が必要である。Copyright 2021 The Author(s) All rights reserved.
