抄録/ポイント： 目的.目的:早期リハビリテーション看護による神経科からの脳卒中片麻痺の高齢患者におけるリハビリテーション結果の影響を探究する。方法:2020/01から2021/01までの脳卒中片麻痺の高齢患者70例を,観察群(35例)と対照群(35例)にランダムに分けた。対照群は,通常の治療によって看護された。観察群は早期リハビリテーション看護によって看護された。看護有効性を観察した。結果.観察群の看護後の活動需要,耐性,リハビリテーション看護協力度スコアは,対照群([数式:原文を参照])より高かった。観察群の看護後のNIHSSスコアは,対照群([数式:原文を参照])より低かった。観察群の看護後のBI,BBSおよびFugl-Meyerのスコアは,対照群([数式:原文を参照])より高かった。観察群の看護満足度の総率は,対照群([数式:原文を参照])より高かった。結論:早期リハビリテーション看護は,神経科から脳卒中片麻痺を有する高齢患者におけるリハビリテーションイニシアティブ,リハビリテーション結果および看護満足度を改善することが可能である。Copyright 2022 Min Ning et al.
