抄録/ポイント： 本研究の目的は,冠動脈心疾患における安定狭心症の治療における漢方薬の臨床効果を調査することである。漢方薬は,冠動脈狭心症の治療において,マルチターゲット,マルチレベル,およびマルチリンク効果を持ち,患者の症状を有意に改善することができる。その作用機序は,脂質代謝の調節,血小板機能の改善,抗酸化および内皮機能の保護のような複数のレベルを含む。デザインは,冠動脈心疾患における安定狭心症の治療に対する現代漢方薬の投薬パターンを分析するためのデータマイニングに基づいた。狭心症のエピソードの数,エピソードの期間,および薬物投与前後の心電図の変化を観察し,2群間で比較した。研究群における狭心症発作の数および持続期間(それぞれ,(2.23±0.77)および(1.31±0.34)分/時間)は,対照群(それぞれ,3.86±1.03)/週および(2.46±1.21)分/時間より有意に良好であることがわかった。Copyright 2022 Min Luo et al.
