抄録/ポイント： 本稿は,国際海上コンテナ貨物輸送における国内内航フィーダー輸送および外航コンテナシャトル便の促進施策の影響を定量的に計測するため,著者らがこれまで構築してきたインターモーダル国際物流シミュレーションモデルを,内航フィーダー輸送におけるカボタージュ規制や品目による時間価値の相違等を考慮したモデルへと拡張し,我が国へ適用してモデルの再現性を確認した。構築したモデルを用いて,博多港を対象とした内航海運の新設・横持ち費用削減等の利用促進施策や外航コンテナシャトル航路の新設シナリオ,さらに両施策を組み合わせた複合シナリオを想定したシミュレーションを行い,両施策による内航・外航貨物輸送量の変化や,時間価値の異なる貨物構成の変化が及ぼす影響について検証した。(著者抄録)
