Most of bone marrow stromal cells expressed CD90, one of mesenchymal stem cell markers, and contained 0.5% SP cells. CD90-positive cells and SP cells could differentiate osteoblastic cells in in vitro and in vivo. However, we could not clarify specific genes of osteoprogenitor cells.
