  • これまで一貫して高等真核生物の複製機構の解明を目指し、複製因子の系統的な探索及び機能解析を酵母two-hybrid法並びにクロマチン結合タンパク質解析法等を用いて解析してきた。マウスDNAポリメラーゼα、Mcm10, Cdt1等の複製に重要な機能因子の同定と、これらの因子を基点とした複製因子間の分子ネットワークを明らかにした。
