  • 一般的な細胞組織の超微形態学的研究では、臓器摘出後の浸漬固定法や灌流固定法が行なわれ、しかもアルコール脱水・合成樹脂包埋試料による透過型電顕法や臨界点乾燥・金属蒸着試料の走査型電顕法により検索されてきた。しかしこのような電顕試料作製法による解析では、固定・脱水・包埋などにともなう人工的な超微形態学的変化を避けることはできなかった。当教室では、実験動物およびヒト組織を急速凍結後にレプリカ膜や凍結置換固定試料を作製して検討することにより、従来の微細構造とは異なる結果について報告してきた。さらに最近では、・・・
