これまでに我々は高親和性IgE 受容体(FcRI)鎖の遺伝子発現において転写因子GATA-1,PU.1が協調的に働き細胞特異的な発現が制御されていること、PU.1 の発現量がマスト細胞と樹状細胞(DC)などの単球系細胞の分岐点を決定することを明らかにした。本研究ではこれら系列の細胞分化におけるGATA-1の機能を解明するため、GATA-1の発現増強がDCに及ぼす影響を調べる。
