  • 1)アポトーシスは不要な細胞や危険な細胞を除去することによって個体のホメオスターシスを保っている。アポトーシスの異常は自己免疫や癌の発症につながる。当研究室ではアポトーシスの調節分子について生理的、病理的意義を研究している。 2)日本住血吸虫虫卵抗原に特異的マウスTh1クローンを用いて抗原ペプチドのアミノ酸配列を決定した。今後そのペプチドを用いて肉芽腫形成の研究、ワクチンの開発などを行う。 3)Fcリセプターは液性免疫と細胞性免疫の接点として免疫調節に大きな役割を行っている。またマスト細胞では脱・・・
