【要約】【目的】 高品位の金属メッシュを安定に製造することを目的とする。【構成】 マスターメッシュを用いて電鋳法により金属メッシュを製造する方法において、あらかじめ電鋳液を電解処理した。また、その電鋳液の電解処理を0.5〜1.0Vの陰極電圧で少なくとも8時間おこなうようにした。【効果】 高品位の金属メッシュを安定に製造することができる。
Claim 1：
電鋳液を電解処理する工程と、不導体基板面に所定の金属メッシュパターンの形成されたマスターメッシュを陰極として、このマスターメッシュの金属メッシュパターン上に上記電解処理された電鋳液の金属イオンを析出させる工程とを有することを特徴とする金属メッシュの製造方法。
