【要約】【目的】 松葉を原料とし美味で健康増進効果を有する健康食品を提供する。【構成】 長野県産の赤松の新鮮な青い葉を洗浄後、その短枝を除き、分離した葉3を用意する。洗浄殺菌した一升びん6にまず氷砂糖4を100gを入れ、その上に分離した松葉3を250g入れる。この上にさらに氷砂糖4を100gを入れ、次に精製水5を1.3リットル入れ一升びんの蓋7をする。この一升びん6を日光の当たる場所に20日間放置後、その上澄み液を健康飲料として一回につき50ccを一日三回連続飲用する。
