Claim 1：
粘度5000〜30000mPa・sを有するカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム水溶液を調整するに必要な量のカルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム塩及び水と、カルボキシメチルセルロースナトリウム塩に対して0.5〜20重量%である多価金属塩からなる含水ゲルを調整するに際して、含水ゲル調整時の周速度が200〜3500m/minで撹拌することを特徴とする含水ゲル物の調整法。
