【要約】【課題】 フォーク式の混載型エレベータ式駐車装置において、車高の異なる各種自動車を効率良く収容し、さらに建築施工上、その設置空間を効率良く活用することができるなど、駐車装置全体として空間効率を高める。【解決手段】 エレベータの昇降路10の両側に沿って階層状に形成された複数の駐車区画21からなる駐車スペース20に、高さの異なる3種類の駐車区画211、212、213を備え、併せて自動車の乗込部30に入庫車の車高を検知し、3種類の高さ群のいずれかに分類する高さ検知センサを設け、その高さ検知センサの分類結果に基づいて、エレベータ駆動機構12を制御し、自動車を乗せたフォーク状ステージ13をその自動車の車高に応じた高さの駐車区画211または212または213へ昇降する。

エレベータの昇降路の両側に沿って階層状に形成された複数の駐車区画からなる駐車スペースに、高さの異なる少なくとも3種類の駐車区画を同じ高さのグループ毎に昇降路両側に対称に配置したフォーク式の混載型エレベータ式駐車装置。
