【課題】 Ti-6Al-4Vと同等以上の室温強度、室温延性および疲労強度を有し、かつ熱間・冷間加工性に優れるα+βチタン合金を提供する。【解決手段】 本発明のチタン合金は、質量%で、4.4%以上5.5%未満のAl、1.4%以上2.1%未満のFe、1.5以上5.5%未満のMoを含有し、不純物として、Siが0.1%未満、Cが0.01%未満に抑制され、残部Tiおよび不純物からなるα+β型チタン合金、また、Feの一部を、0.15%未満のNi、0.25%未満のCr、0.25%未満のMnの1種以上で代替したα+β型チタン合金、また、さらに0.03%以上0.3%以下のPdないし0.05%以上0.5%以下のRuの1種または2種を含有したα+β型チタン合金であることを特徴とする。【選択図】 なし
