【課題】熱処理後の銅合金の再結晶組織を微細化して曲げ加工性を良好にするとともに、その後の加工で曲げ加工性を損なうことなく強度を向上させ、しかも導電率も向上した銅合金の熱処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】銅合金に熱処理を施すにあたり、上記銅合金を、質量%で、In:0.1〜1.0%、Sn:0.1〜0.5%、Mg:0.1〜1.0%、Si:0.1〜0.6%のうち少なくとも1種を総量で0.1〜1.0%含有し、残部がCuおよび不可避的不純物からなり、前記銅合金を焼鈍後、70%以上の加工度で冷間圧延する。

Claim (excerpt)：

銅合金の熱処理方法において、前記銅合金が、質量%で、In:0.1〜1.0%、Sn:0.1〜0.5%、Mg:0.1〜1.0%、Si:0.1〜0.6%のうち少なくとも1種を総量で0.1〜1.0%含有し、残部がCuおよび不可避的不純物からなり、前記銅合金を焼鈍後、70%以上の加工度で冷間圧延することを特徴とする銅合金の熱処理方法。
