【要約】【課題】 しいたけ栽培における種菌の昆虫による食害を防ぐ。【解決手段】 合成樹脂薄板製の形成枠に設けた砲弾形の凹所に、おが屑に菌糸を繁殖された種菌を充填して板状の遮蔽体4により凹所を閉塞し、これを培養して種菌と遮蔽体4とを菌糸により固結させた種菌体3を得、遮蔽体4の外側面にBT製剤を塗布したものを、ほだ木1に穿孔した植菌孔2に挿入して接種する。

Claim 1：

ほだ木に穿孔した植菌孔に種菌を挿入し、上記植菌孔の開口を閉塞する蓋状の遮蔽体によって上記種菌を外界から遮断し、上記遮蔽体の外側面に病虫害に対する防除剤層を設けることを特徴とする種菌保護方法。
