【課題】4WS車両に於いて、前後輪が同相にて操舵される条件で、緊急回避時など車両の横方向に大きく移動をさせたいときに、その方向に十分に移動できるように後輪操舵制御が修正された操舵制御装置を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明の車両の4輪操舵制御装置は、車両の走行条件に基づいて後輪を前輪に対して同相又は逆相にて操舵するよう後輪舵角を制御する後輪操舵制御部と、車両をその横方向に移動させるべき状態を検出し横方向の目標移動距離を決定する目標移動距離決定部とを含み、車両を横方向に移動させるべき状態を検出したときには、目標移動距離に基づいて決定される期間、後輪が前輪に対して逆相に操舵され、後輪の同相にての操舵を遅らせることを特徴とする。【選択図】図2

Claim 1：

前輪操舵装置と後輪操舵装置とを有する車両の4輪操舵制御装置であって、前記車両の走行条件に基づいて後輪を前輪に対して同相又は逆相にて操舵するよう後輪舵角を制御する後輪操舵制御部と、前記車両の走行中に前記車両をその横方向に移動させるべき状態を検出し前記横方向の目標移動距離を決定する目標移動距離決定部とを含み、前記走行条件が前記後輪操舵制御部に於いて前記後輪の舵角を前記同相にて制御する走行条件であるときに、前記目標移動距離決定部が前記車両をその横方向に移動させるべき状態を検出したときには、前記後輪操舵制御部が、前記目標移動距離に基づいて決定される期間、前記後輪の前記同相にての操舵を遅らせることを特徴とする装置。
