電気的干渉を阻止しながら物体の位置を定める容量ベース近接センサであって、 (イ)物体の動きと共に変動する容量を形成する電極アレイと、 (ロ)電極アレイに接続され基準信号と同期して容量を測定する測定手段と、 (ハ)電気的干渉の周波数と一致しない周波数を有する基準信号を測定手段へ供給する発生器手段と、を具備する近接センサ。
