Claim 1：
R、G、Bをそれぞれ発光する複数のLEDチップと、前記LEDチップを封止する透明樹脂とを有するフルカラーLEDにおいて、 前記透明樹脂に、アルミナの粉体および窒化アルミニウムの粉体の少なくとも一方が分散して混入されていることを特徴とするフルカラーLED。
