【要約】【課題】 支持基板フィルムのない薄膜化した液晶フィルムの製造法において、製造時に要求される機械的強度、良好な剥離性を満足し、かつ光学的な欠陥検査を容易にできる方法を提供する。【解決方法】 配向基板上の液晶の配向が固定化された液晶物質層を、接着剤を介して一軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムからなる再剥離性基板と接着せしめた後、配向基板を剥離して液晶物質層を再剥離性基板に転写し、ついで再剥離性基板を剥離して液晶フィルムを製造することにより前記課題を達成できる。

Claim 1：

配向基板上の液晶の配向が固定化された液晶物質層を、接着剤を介して一軸延伸ポリエステルフィルムからなる再剥離性基板と接着せしめた後、配向基板を剥離して液晶物質層を再剥離性基板に転写し、ついで再剥離性基板を剥離することを特徴とする液晶フィルムの製造方法。
