【課題】N'-ベンゾイル-α-ヒドラジノエステル化合物の不斉合成を水性溶媒中で、高い反応収率と、良好なエナンチオ選択性、さらには高いジアステレオ選択性をもって実現する。【解決手段】N-ベンゾイルヒドラゾン化合物とシリルエノールエステル化合物とを、水性溶媒中で、不斉ジアミン化合物と亜鉛化合物、さらには必要に応じてフルオロアルキルスルホン酸またはその金属塩もしくはカチオン性界面活性化合物の存在下に反応させる。【選択図】なし
