【要約】【目的】 クランプ圧等を任意に制御できるうえに非円形のワークにも対応できる汎用位置決めクランプ装置を実現する。【構成】 4個のクランプユニット20A〜20Dはそれぞれクランプ板22を回動させてクランプピン23をワークW1 に当接する。各クランプ板22を回動させる駆動部は、トルクモータ32の駆動力を各クランプ軸21と一体である従動プーリ25に伝達する歯形ベルト30を有し、トルクーモータ32の駆動力を制御することでクランプ圧を制御し、クランプユニット20A〜20Dの取り付け位置等を変更することで異形のワークにも対応できる。

支持手段に支持された載置台と、それぞれ前記支持手段に回転自在に支持された複数の回転体と、各回転体の回転によって開閉するクランプ手段と、各回転体に係合してこれを回転させる歯形ベルトを備えた駆動手段を有する汎用位置決めクランプ装置。
