平均一次粒子径が5nm以上100nm未満の微粒子粉体からなる第一基剤と、平均一次粒子径が500nm以上100,000nm以下の無機粉体からなる第二基剤と、表面処理剤と、溶媒とを、上記第一基剤と第二基剤との混合比が重量比1:9〜9:1で、平均粒子径0.2〜2mmのビーズを充填した媒体攪拌ミルにて湿式粉砕処理して得られる複合粉体を1〜80重量%配合してなる化粧料。
