基本スライス厚を有する検出器列が複数配置されて成るマルチスライス検出器によってマルチスライススキャンを行うX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置において、指定スキャン領域及び必要な画像の厚さに基づいて、前記基本スライス厚及び前記検出器列の列数の少なくともいずれか一方を制御する制御手段を具備することを特徴とするX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
