【要約】【目的】飛灰中に含まれる重金属の雨水等への溶出を簡便な方法で安定して防止するための重金属固定剤及び重金属無害化処理方法を提供する。【構成】飛灰中に、所定量の水、トリス(ジチオカルボキシ)ジエチレントリアミン、又は、N1 ,N2 -ビス(ジチオカルボキシ)ジエチレントリアミン及びそれらの塩から選ばれる少なくとも1種等の重金属キレート化剤及び無機硫化物とを所定の割合で製剤化した重金属固定剤を添加、混練する。【効果】重金属キレート剤及び無機硫化物の相乗効果により、安定した重金属固定化効果が得られ、重金属の溶出を効果的に防止することができる。
