【課題】 大腸菌O157:H7が産生するベロ毒素のSTX1およびSTX2のいずれに対しても細胞接着を競合的に阻害する作用に優れ、かつ水溶性で経口投与も可能なものとする。【解決手段】 次式 【化1】(式中のXおよびYは直鎖高分子の構成ユニットの割合を示し、Xは整数、Yは0または整数であり、Rは、異種原子を介在させてもよい炭化水素鎖を示す)で表わされ、STX1およびSTX2の各々のBサブユニットの結合サイトの選択性を有するグロボ3糖(Gb3)高分子を有効成分とする。【選択図】 なし
