2枚の板ガラス(1)、(2)を空間層(3)を介して対向させ、一方の板ガラス(1)が太陽光の近赤外領域を吸収する特性を有する近赤外吸収ガラスであり、前記板ガラス(1)の空間層(3)側に低放射率コーティング(4)が形成されている複層ガラスであって、前記近赤外吸収ガラス(1)が室内側に配設された時の日射遮蔽係数と前記板ガラス(2)が室内側に配設された時の日射遮蔽係数の差が0.20以上で、かつ可視光透過率が45%以上であることを特徴とする複層ガラス。
