【要約】【目的】 ピンボールが発生せず、品質的に優れた画像を得ることができる上に安価な製造が可能な導電性部材を提供する。【構成】 導電性微粉末を充填して成形した導電性弾性体を用意すると共に、この弾性体に対し親和性を有する溶媒に導電性微粉末に対し親和性を有する熱硬化性低分子化合物を溶解して溶液を作成する。そして、導電性弾性体にこの溶液を塗布し、その後に加熱処理して溶媒を飛散させ、かつ導電性弾性体に熱硬化性低分子化合物から成る表面層を設ける。

導電性微粉末が充填されている導電性弾性体の表面に、前記弾性体に対して親和性を有する溶媒に溶解され、かつ前記導電性微粉末に対して親和性を有する熱硬化性低分子化合物を塗布して成る表面層が設けられていることを特徴とする導電性部材。
