【要約】【課題】 連続処理による処理液の劣化が小さく、裸耐食性、塗装後密着性、塗装後耐食性および耐クロム溶出性の向上したクロメ-ト処理液およびその処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】 クロメ-ト処理液は、6価クロムイオンを0.5〜2.0g/L、リン酸イオンをP/全Cr=1.0〜2.5、フッ素イオンを7〜15g/Lまたはさらにジルコニウムイオンを0.01〜1.0g/L含有し、pHが4〜7である水溶液にする。クロメ-ト処理はこのクロメ-ト処理液を20〜70°Cに加温して、アルミニウム系めっき鋼板を処理した後、40°C以上で強制乾燥する。

6価クロムイオンを0.5〜2.0g/L、リン酸イオンをP/全Cr=1.0〜2.5、フッ素イオンを7〜15g/L含有し、pHが4〜7である水溶液であることを特徴とするアルミニウム系めっき鋼板用クロメ-ト処理液。
