TiNiX(X=Cu、Cr、V、Mn、Zr)系合金から成る線状又はパイプ状のアンテナ素子の製造方法において、前記合金を少なくとも30%以上の加工率で加工し、280〜300°Cの間で熱処理を施したことを特徴としたアンテナ素子の製造方法。
