培地1リットルあたり5〜100mgのアクリジンオレンジを添加した宿主細菌の培養培地中において、宿主細菌の存在下に増殖させたバクテリオファージを回収したことを特徴とするファージDNAをアクリジンオレンジで標識したバクテリオファージ。
