【要約】【構成】50%以上がホスファチジルコリンを酸化処理することにより得られた水酸化リン脂質であって、ヨウ素価が30以下で、かつ水酸基価が250以上である水酸化リン脂質を処方成分の全重量に対して0.01〜30重量%配合している水性透明化粧料。【効果】本発明の化粧料に配合されている水酸化リン脂質は安定性、乳化力、可溶化力、分散力に優れているので、他の合成界面活性剤を必要としない。従って、天然由来のリン脂質系成分の配合効果が最大限に発揮されるので、本発明の化粧料は皮膚刺激が少なく、感触、保湿性に優れたものとなる。更に本発明の化粧料は保存安定性に優れている。
