【要約】【目的】保湿効果と、しっとり感、すべすべ感、あるいは滑らかさという使用感とを同時に満足させ、それらの効果の持続性も高い化粧料を提供する。【構成】化粧料に、ベタインとカラギーナンの双方を含有させる。化粧料中、ベタインは0.01〜10重量%、カラギーナンは0.01〜10重量%とし、化粧料のpHを4.0〜6.0とすることが好ましい。化粧料には、さらにポリアンテス属に属する植物のカルス培養物由来の酸性多糖類や、NMF(天然保湿因子)成分の少なくとも1つ、特に塩基性アミノ酸を配合することが好ましい。
