【要約】【目的】断熱性、防音性およびクッション性にすぐれ、冷感を与えず、しかも意匠性の高い化粧金属板、ならびにその製造方法を提供する。【構成】熱可塑性樹脂の基材シート上に、発泡剤を含有する熱可塑性樹脂のペーストを塗布して加熱ゲル化した化粧シートを、金属基材上に接着剤を介してラミネートし、得られた積層体を加熱して発泡を起こさせることにより発泡樹脂層をつくる。発泡樹脂層の表面、基材シートの表面または裏面に、絵柄の印刷を施したり、金属蒸着層を設けたりすることができる。

金属基材上に接着剤を介して化粧シートを積層してなり、化粧シートが、熱可塑性樹脂の基材シート上に発泡樹脂層を有するものであることを特徴とする化粧金属板。
