支持体上に電荷発生層、ポリカーボネート樹脂及び電荷輸送物質からなる電荷輸送層を順次設けてなる積層型電子写真感光体において、電荷輸送層を20°Cの粘度が0.5cp以上の溶媒系で塗布後、加熱乾燥を行ない電荷輸送層中の残留溶媒を30〜500ppmとしたことを特徴とする積層型電子写真感光体。
