ITO膜単層を反射防止膜として受光部に配設した太陽電池において、上記ITO膜がGeO2 ,ZrO2 ,Al2 O3 ,TiO2 ,P2 O5 の内の少なくとも1種の金属酸化物を含有し、屈折率が2.0〜2.4であることを特徴とする太陽電池。
