ポリエステルに対し、熱可塑性樹脂をブレンドしてなるポリエステル組成物の二軸配向フィルムにおいて、該熱可塑性樹脂のガラス転移温度Tgが50°C以下であり、ブレンド量が該ポリエステル組成物に対し5重量%以上50重量%以下であり、かつフィルムの表面粗さの比Rt/Raが15以下であることを特徴とする二軸配向ポリエステルフィルム。(Raは中心線平均粗さ、Rtは最大粗さで粗さ曲線の最大の山と最深の谷の距離)
