化学式Mn1-xXwOyに相当するドープ処理酸化マンガンであって、 wは、約0.000023から0.0144であり、 yは、約1.90から2.00までの範囲を有し、 Xは、B、Mg、Al、Si、P、Sc、Ti、V、Cr、Fe、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、Ga、Ge、Sr、Y、Zr、Nb、Ru、Rh、Pd、Ag、In、Sn、Sb、Ba、Ce、Hf、Ta、Re、Os、Ir、Pt、Au、及び、Biのグループから選択された少なくとも1つのドーパントであり、マンガン、酸素、及び、前記ドーパントは、原子レベルで混合している、ことを特徴とするドープ処理酸化マンガン。
