【課題】 オゾンを用いた殺菌装置において、オゾンを外部にほとんど出さないようにする。 【解決手段】 この殺菌装置(100)は、開閉扉及び紫外線ランプ(40)を設置した殺菌室(34)と、オゾン分解触媒(36)を設置したオゾン処理室36とを備える。殺菌室とオゾン処理室との間の境界壁(50)には開閉可能な吸入孔(52)及び噴出孔(54)が設けられる。殺菌工程を終えると、コントローラ(62)により、吸入孔と噴出孔を開いて、オゾン処理室内に設置された循環ファン(56)回転させて、殺菌室とオゾン処理室との間でオゾンを含む空気を所定時間循環(66)させる。【選択図】 図2

Claim (excerpt)：

開閉扉及びオゾン発生源を設置した殺菌室と、オゾンを分解するオゾン処理室と、前記殺菌室と前記オゾン処理室との間で空気を循環させる循環手段と、殺菌工程終了後に前記循環手段を所定時間作動させるコントローラとを備えたことを特徴とする殺菌装置。
