複数種類の識別情報を可変表示可能な可変表示装置を有し、該可変表示装置の可変表示停止時の表示結果が予め定められた特定の識別情報の組み合わせとなった場合に所定の遊技価値を付与可能な遊技機において、所定条件の成立に基づいて、前記可変表示装置の識別情報のスクロール表示を開始するとともに、前記スクロール表示されている識別情報を停止表示するように制御する可変表示制御手段を備え、前記可変表示制御手段は、前記複数種類の識別情報の中の少なくとも1つの識別情報のスクロール表示される方向およびスクロール表示の開始位置あるいは終了位置を変更可能に制御するものであることを特徴とする遊技機。
