ポリマ-が芳香族テトラカルボン酸成分と芳香族ジアミン成分とからなり引張弾性率が400Kg/mm2 以上のフィルムであって、少なくとも一方のフィルム表面がエキシマレ-ザ-照射することによって各元素の重量割合がC/Nが12〜20であり、かつ全フィルム中のPの含有率が5〜500ppmであることを特徴とする改質されたポリイミドフィルム。
