紫外線光学系に用いられる紫外線光学用蛍石において、エネルギー密度50〜500mJ/cm2、50〜500Hzのレーザー光を104〜107ショット照射したときの内部透過率が厚さ10mm当たり90.0%以上であることを特徴とする紫外線光学用蛍石。
